Bovine gelatin softens and clumps above 35°C and restricts vegan/Halal claims. Plant-polysaccharide shells remain firm up to 45°C/75% RH and deliver clean twist-neck snap torque.
Free water dissolves hydrocolloid shells; formulas must be anhydrous lipid/silicone systems or specialized W/S micro-emulsions engineered by Yanmei's R&D lab.
